My Charra Bean Soup

  1. Saute the onion in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add garlic, chipotle chili, cumin, and oregano.
  3. Continue to cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken stock and drained beans.
  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes.
  6. Add lime juice and cilantro before serving.
