Simple Healthy Tonpei-yaki

  1. Beat the egg yolks and whites well.
  2. Cut the cabbage roughly and cut the meat into 1-cm-lengths.
  3. Fry the meat first.
  4. After frying the meat add the cabbage and fry.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and transfer onto a plate.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour over the beaten eggs.
  7. Stir gently with chopsticks.
  8. After the eggs are softly, turn the contents of the frying pan onto the cabbage from Step 3.
  9. Drizzle with the mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce over the omelet.
  10. Serve.
