Crab and Celery Remoulade

  1. Whisk the first three ingredients in a medium bowl to blend.
  2. Stir in crabmeat, celery, chives and lemon juice.
  3. Season with pepper.
  4. Can be made six hours ahead.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Garnish wth additional chives and serve.
