Turkey Quesadilla Pizzas

  1. in a large skillet combine turkey, water and taco seasoning.
  2. cook on medium heat until hot and liquid gone.
  3. place in bowl and set aside.
  4. in same skillet combine onion, green pepper and oil.
  5. saute intil starting to get soft.
  6. add taco seasoning.
  7. and continue to saute until it reaches desired tenderness..
  8. I like mine with a bit of crisp still to it.
  9. place in bowl and set aside.
  10. in a clean skillet,, spray with nonstick spray.
  11. turn heat to medium low.
  12. place on shell into pan.
  13. sprinkle some cheese.
  14. add some turkey.
  15. sprinkle more cheese.
  16. place a second shell on top.
  17. Hint: I now place a large pan on top of top shell and press down a bit as it cooks.. this makes for easier flipping later as it compacts it and helps the cheese to stick to everything.
  18. when browned and crispy flip quesadilla over.
  19. spread on some salsa...
  20. sprinkle on some onion gr.
  21. pepper mix..
  22. sprinkle on more cheese..
  23. sprinkle with black olives...
  24. cook lidded until bottom is browned and crisp.
  25. remove from heat onto dinner plate.
  26. repeat until ur out of ingredients.
  27. to serve.. sprinkle with desired options.. lettuce, tomato, sour cream.. etc.
  28. serve hot!
  29. and enjoy!
  30. ( makes about 5 quesadilla pizzas)
