Lemonade Chicken (Oamc)

  1. Brown Chicken in oil.
  2. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and bring to a boil.
  3. reduce heat.
  4. cover and simmer about 40 minutes until tender.
  5. combine cornstarch with 1/2 Cup COLD water and mix until blended.
  6. Stir mixture into chicken mixture until thick and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool if you want to freeze it.
  8. If frozen, may need a little extra water when reheating.
  9. Serve over rice or noodles.
  10. Great with frozen green beans mixed in!
