Apple Pudding With Bacardi Rum (Cuban)

  1. Peel apples and chop fine.
  2. Add everything else.
  3. Mix well until it forms a paste.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  5. Add them to the apple mixture; mix again.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased mold.
  7. Place mold in a pan of hot water (like a 13x11 cake pan).
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes or until pudding is set.
