Cranberry Nut Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Sift together in bowl flour, baking powder, salt, and sugars.
  3. Juice orange and grate zest.
  4. Put grated zest and juice in 1-cup measuring cup.
  5. Add oil.
  6. Fill with milk to 3/4 cup measure.
  7. Beat egg into mixture and add to dry ingredients.
  8. Mix thoroughly and add walnuts and cranberries cut in 2 to 3 pieces.
  9. Bake in loaf pan one hour.
  10. Cool
