Grecian Vegetables
- 1 yellow squash
- 12 red pepper
- 12 yellow pepper
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 12 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- feta cheese
- Put Oil into Pan to warm.
- Place all Vegetables into pan to cook, allowing the onion to become translucent.
- After that add dill, basil, and sunflower seeds for 2 minutes, stir, and serve hot and steaming.
- Top with Feta Cheese.
