Individual Coffee Cakes

• 6 English muffins, split
• 12 cup butter, soft
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon
• 14 cup pecans, chopped

1. Lay muffins split side down and put under the broiler to crisp.
2. Turn.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over each half.
4. Broil until bubbly.
5. Serve warm or cold.
