Flavorful Mac and Cheese

• 7 ounce pasta, elbow macaroni
• 8 ounce american cheese
• 1 1/2 cups ham fully cooked, chopped
• 8 ounce pineapple crushed, drained
• 1/2 cup green bell peppers chopped
• 1/4 cup onions finely chopped

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
2. Stir in cheese sauce until combined.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl; serve immediately.
