Thanksgiving Leftover En Croute

  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. roll out puff pastry sheets flat onto greased baking pan (you can either roll 4 or 2.
  3. I did two.)
  4. divide cup of mashed potatoes and spread into the middle of the pastry
  5. divide cup of stuffing per pastry and layer on top of mashed potatoes
  6. divide turkey between pastries and layer on top of stuffing
  7. divide the cranberry sauce between pastries and spread on top
  8. fold up edges of puff pastries and close into a pocket
  9. brush top of pastries with egg
  10. sprinkle dill on top of pastry (optional)
  11. cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tops of puff pastries are golden brown and flakey
  12. serve with green bean casserole and enjoy!
