Crock pot beef roast
- 3 to 5 lb. chuck roast
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 carrots
- 8 whole red potatoes
- 4 cup beef broth
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- Wash & dry potatoes & carrots
- Add potatoes & onions into crock pot, season with salt & pepper, place roast on top, reseason, pour in broth, cover and cook on low.
