Country Frittata

  1. Mix cream cheese product and 3 Tbsp.
  2. milk until blended; spoon 2 Tbsp.
  3. into small microwaveable bowl.
  4. Stir in remaining milk; reserve for later use.
  5. Add eggs and black pepper to remaining cream cheese mixture; whisk until blended.
  6. Melt margarine in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium heat.
  7. Add green peppers; cook and stir 5 min.
  8. or until crisp-tender.
  9. Stir in onions, ham and egg mixture; cover.
  10. Cook on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
  11. or until centre is almost set.
  12. Meanwhile, heat broiler.
  13. Top frittata with shredded cheese.
  14. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min.
  15. or until centre is set and cheese is melted.
  16. Microwave reserved cream cheese mixture on HIGH 10 to 12 sec.
  17. or just until warmed.
  18. Drizzle over frittata.
