Quick Remoulade (Creole Tartar Sauce)

  1. Stir mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, scallion, lemon juice, cayenne, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste together in small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Will keep covered for up to 3 days.
