Quick Remoulade (Creole Tartar Sauce)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, dill chopped
- 1 each scallions, spring or green onions sliced, thinly
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Stir mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, scallion, lemon juice, cayenne, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste together in small bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Will keep covered for up to 3 days.
