Toreador

• 2 ounces tequila
• 1 ounce dark creme de cacao
• 1 ounce heavy cream
• 1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 or 4 ice cubes

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, creme de cacao, cream and ice cubes, and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cocoa.
