Holiday Leftovers Whole Grain Pizza

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.
  3. Spread pizza dough out into a circle with a rolling pin, until it fits nicely on a pizza stone.
  4. Use a little flour if that helps roll it out without sticking to the rolling pin.

  6. Place pizza dough in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove.
  8. 4.
  9. Evenly spread gravy on the pizza dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of crust uncovered around the outside.

  11. Top gravy with shredded cheese, turkey breast and clumps of stuffing.
  12. 6.
  13. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is browned and crispy.

  15. Remove from oven and brush olive oil on the crust edges.
  16. 8.
  17. Place cranberry sauce in a small blender with water and puree until slightly runny.
  18. Drizzle on pizza and garnish with fresh sage and thyme.
  19. 9.
  20. Slice and serve!
