Hot Fudge Sauce
- 34 cup semisweet chocolate piece
- 14 cup butter
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- Melt chocolate & butter in a saucepan.
- Add the sugar.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
- Boil gently over low heat for 8 minutes stir frequently.
- Remove saucepan from heat & cool slightly.
- Serve warm over ice cream, cake, whatever you wish.
- If using for truffles, chill sauce and using a small spoon roll into balls.
- Roll balls in cocoa powder, nuts, coconut, whatever you wish.
- Keep chilled until ready to serve.
