Sour Cream Streusel Recipe
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- dry cake mix for filling.
- In large bowl blend cake mix, lowfat sour cream, oil, sugar, water, and Large eggs.
- Beat at high speed for 3 min.
- Pour 2/3 of the batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
- Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle over batter in pan.
- Spread remaining batter proportionately over filling mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 min, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cold right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
- Combine glaze ingredients together and drizzle over cooled cake.
