Asparagus Rolls Recipe
- 1 x 15 ounce can asparagus spears liquid removed
- 20 slc sandwich bread crusts removed
- 4 ounce cream cheese -- softened
- 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh paprika
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- Mix cheeses with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
- Spread on bread then place one asparagus spear on each slice of bread.
- Roll up.
- Heat the butter and brush bread rolls.
- Place in a pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
- Makes 20.
- Freeze if you like.
