Italian Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to the directions.
  2. In a large bowl, slice green onions and dice the garlic & carrots.
  3. Strain the stewed tomatoes reserving the liquid in a seperate bowl.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and add them with the other vegetables.
  5. In the tomato liquid, add salt, pepper, italian seasoning, balasmic vineger & olive oil to make a simple vinagerette.
  6. Drain pasta and add it to the bowl with the other ingrediants above.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Adjust salt & pepper to taste, Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
