Italian Twist Sandwich
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 Red Pepper
- 1 bunch Prosciutto
- 1 bunch Baby Spinach
- 1 Whole grain bread
- Grill or fry the Pepper (I do it with olive oil and garlic if fried) until its tender.
- Get two slices of bread, put all ingredients inside.
- Use avocado to spread in the bread like jam!

- Toast the bread if prefer that crunchy feeling!
