Caramel Apple Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, apple juice and vanilla on medium until blended.
  3. Add eggs to cream cheese mixture and blend on medium until blended.
  4. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  5. Drizzle with caramel syrup and run a knife through the syrup to spread.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set.
