Pepparkakor (Ginger Cookies)

  1. Dissolve baking soda in the boiling water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Roll very thin.
  4. Cut dough with a cookie cutter.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees until light brown.
  6. Watch carefully, as cookies brown very quickly.
