Pita Portobello

  1. Slice the portobello add salt, pepper and 2tbsp of olive oil and set apart.
  2. In a saucepan add butter and the other 2 tbsp of olive oil and saute the onions and yellow peppers in medium heat for 15 minutes after they are golden .
  3. Add in the saucepan the portobello fry until soft and brown only 7 minutes add the balsamic vinager and side apart.
  4. Set on the sheet the pita bread and sprinkle on the top of each one the mozzarella broil in the oven until is melted (4) minutes.
  5. In the top of the bread and yhe saute porrobello wrap like a cone and wrap with parchment paper and serve .
