Basic Pasta

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together like damp breadcrumbs.
  2. If the mixture is too dry to stick together as a dough, add another egg yolk and pulse again
  3. Tip the mixture onto a flat surface and bring together as a dough.
  4. Knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Wrap in clingfilm and leave in fridge until ready to use.
  6. At least 30 mins
