Just 5 Minutes! Seasoned and Blanched Komatsuna Greens & Enoki Mushrooms
- 1/2 bag Komatsuna greens
- 1/2 packages Enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 bag Dashi stock granules
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Cut the komatsuna into 3cm long pieces.
- Remove the enoki mushrooms from the base and cut them in half.
- Wash the komatsuna.
- Without drying it off, place the stalks on a heat-resistant dish.
- Sprinkle with half of the dashi granules.
- Cover with a lid and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
- Add the komtsuna leaves and enoki mushrooms to Step 2.
- Add the remaining dashi granules and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce into Step 3, let it cool, and it's done!
- Once cooled, the flavor will change slightly.
- After it has cooled adjust the flavor with soy sauce or dashi as needed.
