Greek Quesadilla with Tzatziki Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  2. To assemble the quesadilla, layer all ingredients on one half of the tortilla and fold over.
  3. For the tzatziki sauce, place all ingredients in a small bowl and combine.
  4. Carefully place the quesadilla in the frying pan and cook until cheese is melted and tortilla begins to brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with tzatziki sauce, and enjoy!
