Sausalito Crab Dip Recipe
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 6 ounce. frzn crabmeat or possibly imitation crab, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- In medium bowl, stir together soup mix, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and Tabasco till well blended.
- Stir in crabmeat, artichokes, cheese and dill.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
- Serve with crackers.
