Cheat's Pie

• 1 can lemon pie filling or your favourite.
• 1 ready made pie shell or homemade
• 2 egg whites
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Add the filling to the pie shell and using a spatula make the filling even.
3. Beat the egg whites and sugar with an electrical beater until they form a soft peak
4. Spoon on top of the filling and using the tip of the spoon form peaks on it.
5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
6. Place on a cooling rack and cool to room temperature.
