Ready when You are Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes in enough water to completely cover.
  2. Boil for about 15mins or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain potatoes, & return to saucepan.
  4. Add sour cream, cream cheese & milk.
  5. Mash potatoes to desired consitancy & spoon into microwavable serving bowl & cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Vent plastic wrap by poking a few holes in te top.
  8. Microwave on high 6-8mins or until heated through.
  9. Microwave uncovered an additional 2-3mins or until heated through.
  10. Sprinkle with thyme.
  11. Saute mushrooms in butter and serve over potaotes -- yyyuuummmmmmyyyy!
