Dark Night
- 100 ml honey
- 240 ml of scotch whiskey
- carbonated water
- Preparation of fill - 3 months in advance
- Over an open pan saute cashew - till they are slightly burnt.
- You can use microwave as well.
- Wait till they are at room temperature.
- Fill 1/3 of an airtight container with cashew (above prepared).
- Pour in honey and close the container.
- Refrigerate if need be
- Keep it safe for 3 months or more.
- Now you are ready to with the flavored cashew.
- In a wide mouth glass, take 1/4 of the mix.
- Use little of carbonated water to untangle the mix.
- Add your poison (Scotch Whiskey) 60 ml.
- Stir a little.
- Fill your glass with carbonated water
