Lemon Pepper Turkey Mini-Burgers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 (20-ounce) package lean ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 8 small buns, split
- 8 small lettuce leaves
- 8 thin tomato slices
- Combine all aioli ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Set aside.
- Combine ground turkey, lemon zest, salt and pepper in another bowl; mix well.
- Shape into 8 patties.
- Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling.
- Place patties into skillet.
- Cook, turning once, 7-10 minutes until golden brown, internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and no longer pink in center.
