Coffee Kisses

  1. Beat whites in a small bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gradually beat in sugar until dissolved, then gently stir in lemon juice.
  3. Spoon tablespoons of meringue mixture onto lined baking trays.
  4. Bake at 130C for 30 minutes or until crisp and dry.
  5. Cool meringues on trays.
  6. Beat Philly* with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  7. Add icing sugar and coffee mixture and beat until well mixed.
  8. Sandwich meringues together with coffee cream and serve with a cup of coffee.
