Pistachio Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan.
  3. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together on medium speed for 2 1/2 minutes.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  5. Coo on wire rack for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and cool completely before frosting.
  7. FOR FROSTING:
  8. 1 pt.
  9. whipping cream, whipped 1 package (4 serving size) instant pistachio pudding mix
  10. Fold pudding mix into whipped cream.
  11. Frost pistachio cake.
