Shawn's Day Ahead Fresh Salsa

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Place in GLASS JARS.
  3. (MAKE SURE LIQUID COVERS VEGETABLES add water if necessary).
  4. CLOSE LID AND REFRIGERATE SHAKING a few times during the day.
  5. MUST SIT FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS, BEST AFTER TWO DAYS.
  6. Yields a little over 4 quart-size mason jars.

fresh cilantro, onions, fresh firm tomatoes, tomatoes, jalapeno sauce, salt, green chilies
