Marinade for Vegetables
- 34 cup sugar or 34 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup white vinegar or 12 cup other flavored vinegar, you like
- 1 12 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour over mixed florets of brocolli and/or cauliflower, purple onion rings, sliced stuffed olives, sliced carrots, cucumbers, radishes-- etc.
- Chill marinated vegetables at least 3 hours.
