Carrot soup

  1. Saute The onion and carrots with coconut oil for 5 min.
  2. Add ginger, vegetable broth, coconut milk and bring to boil.
  3. Cook until the carrots are soft.
  4. Use hand blender and mix your soup until it's smooth.
  5. Add lime juice (salt, water) and cook for more 5 min.
  6. Serve hot with seeds on the top :) Dobrou chut
