No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients (except white flour) in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together water and oil and warm to 120F-130F in microwave.
  3. Beat eggs into water/oil.
  4. Add liquid ingredients into mixing bowl; blend at low speed until moistened.
  5. Add unbleached white flour and stir in by hand.
  6. Cover and let rise until doubled.
  7. Stir down and pour into 2 large bread pans.
  8. Bake immediately at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Should sound deeply hollow when tappend on bottom.
  11. Cool on rack.
