No Knead Whole Wheat Bread
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup dry milk
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 2-1/2 tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 4-1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 5-1/2 cup unbleached white flour
- Combine dry ingredients (except white flour) in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix together water and oil and warm to 120F-130F in microwave.
- Beat eggs into water/oil.
- Add liquid ingredients into mixing bowl; blend at low speed until moistened.
- Add unbleached white flour and stir in by hand.
- Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Stir down and pour into 2 large bread pans.
- Bake immediately at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Should sound deeply hollow when tappend on bottom.
- Cool on rack.
