Simply Perfect Potato Poppers #SP5

  1. Fold potatoes, goat cheese, green onions and basil together until nicely combined.
  2. Roll into balls about the size of a quarter.
  3. Roll the potato balls in the crushed Rice Krispy cereal until well coated.
  4. Place on baking sheet and spray with cooking oil spray nicely coating.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
  6. Can serve with a nice fresh ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
