Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. shrimp, cut in sm. pcs
- 1/4 c. green peas, fresh or possibly frzn
- 4 c. cooled, cooked rice
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 green onions, shredded
- Peanut oil
- In a wok or possibly large frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp.
- of oil till very warm.
- Scramble Large eggs into small pcs.
- Remove and set aside.
- Drizzle 1 Tbsp.
- of oil into the wok or possibly frying pan, then stir fry the shrimp till done.
- Remove and set aside.
- Repeat with the peas.
- Drizzle 2 Tbsp.
- of oil into wok or possibly pan and stir fry rice till warm.
- Add in Large eggs, shrimp and peas.
- Then add in soy sauce and green onions.
