Beef and Parmesan Sliders
- 2 slices egg bread, crusts removed
- 14 cup milk
- 1 14 cups ground beef
- 14 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 slider buns, cut in half
- 1 12 cups Coleslaw
- In bowl, combine bread and milk.
- Add ground beef, cheese, barbecue sauce, garlic and salt and mix just to combine.
- Form 12 1/2 inch thick patties.
- Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes to firm patties.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the patties.
- Grill 3 minutes per side.
- Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Place patties on buns and top with coleslaw.
