Beef and Parmesan Sliders

  1. In bowl, combine bread and milk.
  2. Add ground beef, cheese, barbecue sauce, garlic and salt and mix just to combine.
  3. Form 12 1/2 inch thick patties.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes to firm patties.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the patties.
  6. Grill 3 minutes per side.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Place patties on buns and top with coleslaw.
