Camembert Pear Grilled Cheese

  1. Heat a griddle or skillet.
  2. Butter the bread and place butter side down on griddle.
  3. Add the cheese and pear.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread.
  5. Grill for about 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  6. Flip and repeat on other side.
  7. Serve with some soup perhaps?
