Banana Split Dessert
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 12 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 12 cup soft margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 bananas
- 1 (540 ml) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- cherries (optional)
- nuts (optional)
- Combine graham wafer crumbs & melted margarine.
- Spread in a 9 x 13 pan & refrigerate (30 minutes).
- Mix icing sugar, soft margarine, eggs & vanilla and beat with mixer until light (about 5 minutes).
- Spread on top of crumb crust.
- Slice bananas and lay on top of filling,.
- Drain pineapple & spread over bananas.
- Spread Cool Whip over all.
- Garnish with cherries and nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate.
