Pineapple Princess Salsa

  1. Cut and core pineapple.
  2. Place in food processor and pulse until there are no large pieces left.
  3. Peel mango and place in food processor.
  4. Pulse until only a few lumps are visible.
  5. Cut other veggies and process until they are very very small, but not mushy.
  6. Stir in other ingredients.
  7. Taste and adjust chilies and garlic to your taste.
