Pineapple Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 can (lg.) crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
- Flaked coconut, lightly toasted
- Prepare cake in 13x9 inch baking pan and bake according to package directions.
- Combine crushed pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cold slightly.
- When baked cake has cooled, pierce holes in cake with fork.
- Pour pineapple mix over it.
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions.
- Cold.
- Spread prepared pudding over top.
- Chill.
