Starbucks Frappucino

• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 1 1/4 cup 2% milk
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp instant coffee

1. in 13.7 oz cup add sugar, instant coffee,and hot water.
2. mix/swirl to dissolve coffee and sugar.
3. add milk and vanilla
4. tighten cap and shake well
