Firehouse Cheesy potato casserole

  1. Chop potatoes into large chunks seperate into (2) 1 gallon freezer bag
  2. Dice onion into medium pieces 1/4"x1/4"
  3. Brown bacon to crispy drain
  4. Dump seasoning into freezer bags of cut potatoes shake to season
  5. Add sausage, browned bacon, and diced onion into large stock pot
  6. Add potatoes into pot with cheese sauce
  7. Cook on stovetop stirring regularly to prevent sticking until potatoes are soft and mixture is heated
  8. Add cheese for last 5 minutes to melt
  9. Serve with fresh seasonal fruit and salad.
