Firehouse Cheesy potato casserole
- 4 lb Whole potato
- 2 can Ragu cheese sauce
- 2 tbsp Mc Cormick Chicago Steak seasoning.
- 2 lb Kielbasa sausage cubed
- 1 lb Mixed cheese
- 1 lb Hickory thick sliced bacon
- 1 medium Onion
- Chop potatoes into large chunks seperate into (2) 1 gallon freezer bag
- Dice onion into medium pieces 1/4"x1/4"
- Brown bacon to crispy drain
- Dump seasoning into freezer bags of cut potatoes shake to season
- Add sausage, browned bacon, and diced onion into large stock pot
- Add potatoes into pot with cheese sauce
- Cook on stovetop stirring regularly to prevent sticking until potatoes are soft and mixture is heated
- Add cheese for last 5 minutes to melt
- Serve with fresh seasonal fruit and salad.
