pumpkin cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set a side.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl with mixer until all incorporated.
  4. Slowly mix in dry ingredients until a smooth batter
  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or toothpick test clean.
  7. Let cool completely and add cream cheese frosting.
  8. Try not to eat them all yourself.
  9. ; )
