Apple Crumb Pie Recipe
- 1 x Honey Graham Pie Crust
- 1 x Egg white, slightly beaten
- 1 can Apple pie filling, (21 ounce)
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 5 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 3/4 c. Pecans, minced Confectioners' sugar, optional Apple slices and mint sprig, for garnish
- Brush pie crust with egg white.
- Bake at 375F for 5 min; set aside.
- Spoon pie filling into pie crust.
- In small bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut in margarine till mix is crumbly; stir in pecans Sprinkle over pie filling.
- Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 min or possibly till topping is golden.
- Cold slightly on wire rack.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with confectioners' sugar if you like.
- Garnish with apple slices and mint sprig.
