Vickys Coffee Creamer Your Way, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 400 ml full fat coconut milk
- 480 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice eg sugar, maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp optional flavouring eg cinnamon, peppermint, cocoa, cardamom...
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake together
- Transfer to a lidded jug and keep in the fridge for 2 - 3 weeks
- If you use any optional spice the flavour will intensify as it sits so don't go overboard, especially if you love cinnamon like me, 1/4 is enough, trust me!
